Service Payments: We kindly request full payment of recurring marketing fees at the beginning of each month. For projects, we require a 50% deposit upon project acceptance, as outlined in the provided estimate. If there are any changes or additional items, we will provide you with a revised estimate for your approval.
Final Payment and Deliverables: Upon completion and final approval of your project, we kindly ask for full payment before we release any project deliverables to you. Once payment is received in full, we will gladly provide you with access to all project work, design files, and website materials.
Payment Terms: Invoices will be sent following your approval, with payment due upon receipt. In the event of outstanding invoices beyond two weeks (14 days) from the invoice date, a 3% late fee will be applied. Invoices over 30 days late will incur a monthly finance charge of 5%. We want to ensure the smoothest experience possible, so please note that all project work and recurring responsibilities will be temporarily paused until payment is made in full.
Payment Methods: We happily accept payments via ACH/eCheck, which is our preferred method. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can accommodate that too, with a 3% service charge added to your invoice. For payments made by check, kindly make it payable to Stoney Creek Social Media. Intellectual Property Rights: At Stoney Creek Social Media, we value and protect the intellectual property rights of all design elements we create. Stoney Creek Social Media is the sole owner of all photography, videography, graphic designs, content and copywriting. In the event that unauthorized use occurs, we will ask that the intellectual property is removed. If intellectual property of Stoney Creek Social Media is not removed immediately, we may take legal action as this is considered stolen property. Additionally, we reserve the right to add and showcase all design elements on our website and social media platforms.
